A true review of a product would not be an honest one without also pointing out the negatives of the product. With the Logitech G27 racing wheel there a just a few minor criticisms. The unit was actually made to go with the gaming stand. I will talk about the stand a little later. But first, the pedal tends to slide away from you as you push the pedals down, but that problem can easily be fixed with some non-skid strips attached to the bottom. The base has clamps for the desktop but they don’t hold the wheel base in place very securely. If you decide to try to rest the wheel in your lap, you will need to deal with the paddle shifter. They extend past the steering wheel, so if you make any ninety degree turns they have a tendency to get caught in your shirt. The USB cable could be a little longer. I am sure this is a negative to the users of it, but it’s not compatible with the X-Box gaming system.
